Kriple provides cryptocurrency payment solutions, including APIs, hosted checkout, merchant dashboards, recurring billing, analytics, webhooks, and integrations across multiple blockchain networks. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to complete any required identity verification (KYC). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and API credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Compliance and KYC
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements. Kriple may request additional information at any time to verify your identity or business activities and may suspend or terminate access if compliance requirements are not met.
5. Fees and Payments
Kriple operates on a subscription-based pricing model. All applicable fees are described on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable prior notice. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the services.
6. Non-Custodial Services
Kriple does not hold, store, or control customer funds, private keys, or wallets. All transactions occur directly on blockchain networks. You are solely responsible for managing your wallets, private keys, and transaction security.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the services for:
- Illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Violations of sanctions or export control laws
- Infringement of intellectual property or other rights
- Any activity that violates applicable cryptocurrency regulations
Kriple reserves the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension or termination.
8. Service Availability
Kriple strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be affected by blockchain network issues, third-party providers, or technical failures.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, blockchains, or providers. Kriple is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Kriple platform, including software, branding, and content, remain the property of Kriple or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services.
11. Termination
Kriple may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kriple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Kriple’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kriple in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kriple, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
15. Changes to Terms
Kriple may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Kriple operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
